this neighborhood is one of the lower class ones, but it's not completely horrible. the crime and people tend to be more rough and aggressive, but you have to deal here or get out.

this is your average joe sort of neighborhood. while affordable though, the sets of houses are very well made and also new. none of the houses are older than thirty years.

surrounding hayes high school you have all sorts of neighborhoods. eastern-hill is generally known for being the richer side of town, whereas the middle class area is called sweet hollow. the less fancy suburb would be birchview.
