PERSONALITY

ANGRY / IRRITABLE It doesn't take much to set him off. He won't hesitate to tell you if you're bothering him, unless you seem threatening to an extended degree to him. He's been angry a lot recently, mostly because he dislikes being under so much stress and fear of practically everything.

QUIET / RESERVED He doesn't go out of his way to speak to people that it's not necessary for him to. Jordan just doesn't find it something that he has to do, so he doesn't do it. He saves himself for people he trusts.

QUICK / SMART While he might not be the most realistic or mature of people, he can solve the majority problems you give him. He thinks quick and has a smart gene in him, he just doesn't always apply it where it needs to be, and his logic has been lacking more and more lately.

KIND HEARTED / INNOCENT Despite being extremely easy to irritate, when he’s on his medication he’s an overall nicer guy. It shows his more innocent and fun side, but he doesn’t just transform into this better person, he has to be on steady medication for at least a week. Even if he’s not on his meds, he isn’t completely insane all the time; it’s just less clear that this side of him exists. He also only lets this side show to people who he’s either entirely comfortable with or trusts most of the time. It’s like he’s an entirely different person when he’s alone. He has a child-like mind when it comes to socializing. He likes to make people smile, but he doesn’t always know how.

PARANOID / INSECURE / SCARED He's shy of socializing because he's scared of judgment, harm, and whatever else a person may be capable of doing to him. He's always on guard and has voices in his head that nag down on him and tell him over and over about his flaws. It makes him feel worse about himself and he's grown scared of people he's not familiar enough with. He's convinced they all have some sort of plot to harm him.

HISTORY

Jordan is the middle child of a family of five, having two brothers and living with both his mother and his father. His father is an incredibly successful police man, but also someone who is not around enough. He never makes the family dinners, in which they like to have nightly, to stay connected with each other. Their family is a close one if you exclude their father from the equation. Their grandfather on their mother’s side of the family also lives with them because he’s getting too old to live on his own and their mother doesn’t mind helping him around. His older brother is named Alex and they get along probably the best in the family, being that they’re alike in most ways, and they’re only a year apart. Their little brother is named Chase and he’s about seven years old. He looks about four because he’s was born prematurely. Jordan doesn’t mind Chase at all, but he’s wary of him. They live on a relatively fancy residence but they own a couple of horses and a lot of land to ride on them because their mom is a little bit obsessed with them.

Jordan was diagnosed with a mild case of paranoia-anxiety when he was thirteen years old, and he went from being a happy, outgoing little kid to a more reserved and quiet young teen. It wasn’t too big of a change, other than the excess amount of stress that came with paranoia. He learned to control it for a couple of years but lately he’s been having trouble. It seems to have gotten worse, despite all his attempts to stay mentally healthy. Because it’s been harder to control, he’s been trying less hard, and it’s been taking over – and paranoid schizophrenia has been developing. He’s started to hear voices, and he’s been thinking differently, but he isn’t sure of what’s going on with him. All he knows is he doesn’t like it. "
